Post-Treatment Reminders and FAQs

You have received an intramuscular injection or intravenous infusion. It is typical to feel pressure and soreness at the injection site. This discomfort will be alleviated by muscle movement and absorption of the injectate into your system. You may apply a warm compress or ice to alleviate mild discomfort.
